Message from the President

Guided by the “SEMLINKS Group Corporate Philosophy,” we have contributed to the development of society as a comprehensive engineering company, playing an important role in building and supporting social infrastructure.

In 2026, we became a member of the Daiwa House Group, and on October 1, we changed our company name to “SEMLINKS.” In this new business environment, we will build on the technical expertise and trust we have developed over the years, strengthen collaboration with other Group companies, and continue to create new value for our customers and society as we pursue sustainable growth.

In our medium-term management plan, “VISION2030 Mid-term PLAN2028,” formulated in 2025, we identified “Addressing Environmental Challenges” as one of our key initiatives to strengthen our business foundation. As the global environment and society continue to undergo significant change, we believe that incorporating the perspectives of the SDGs and ESG into our business activities is essential to continuing to be a company that is trusted and valued by all our stakeholders, including our customers, shareholders, local communities, and employees. With this in mind, we are pursuing a wide range of initiatives.

As SEMLINKS, we continue to place “SEM VALUE,” the values shared by all our employees, at the heart of our business activities. Guided by the three core values of “Sincerity,” “Teamwork,” and “Creation,” we engage with our customers and society with sincerity and dedication, collaborate while respecting diverse values and perspectives, and continue to take on new challenges in pursuit of a sustainable society. We believe that these values are closely aligned with the principles of the SDGs.

Going forward, we will continue to contribute to a sustainable society by advancing carbon neutrality through initiatives in renewable energy generation, energy storage, and energy conservation, while expanding businesses that help reduce environmental impact. As a member of the Daiwa House Group, we will leverage the collective strengths of the Group while further enhancing the technical expertise and ability to deliver solutions that are unique to SEMLINKS. Through these efforts, we will strive to enhance our corporate value and help address the challenges facing society.

We will continue striving to earn the trust of our stakeholders, including our customers, and to remain their partner of choice, while contributing to the advancement of society and the creation of a more prosperous future.
